Responsibilities for Wound Clinic Staff Nurse Jobs:
- Check on, go over, and treat patients’ wounds.
- Use the DCHS wound care policies, routes, and dressings formulary to make care plans.
- When needed, work together with the Wound Clinic Lead Nurse and Tissue Viability experts.
- Do full evaluations of patients and send them to the right people as needed.
- Make sure that safety steps are followed and that problems are reported.
- Help students and younger staff reach their learning goals.
