About the Role:
To oversee survey activities on a significant construction project, Black & Veatch is looking for an experienced Survey Party Chief. This position necessitates onboarding at our global headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas, and mobilization to the project site. The ideal applicant has at least five years of managing experience and more than fifteen years of survey experience, ideally on traditional power plants.
In your role as Survey Party Chief, you will oversee construction stakeout, gather and evaluate survey data, manage personnel, and guarantee accuracy and safety on all survey duties.

Leadership & Management
- Direct, coordinate, and supervise all survey activities.
- Manage survey crews, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure safety.

Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Conduct quality audits on survey work.

Preferred Qualifications for Survey Party Chief Jobs:
